How To Install Minecraft PE Maps for Android
Follow all of my steps and you should be completely fine. Go to my section Maps on my website and choose the one you would like to have.
.MCWorld
Did you download the map from my website section? If yes, take a look on what is the format. If it’s .MCWorld, then listen to me. This format is extremely easy to install. Before we continue, go to the google play store and download FX File Explorer. You will need it for this article. Open the File Explorer and go to “Downloads”. Hold on the World and select “Open with” and Minecraft PE. It will automatically open Minecraft and start importing. This is the best on this!
.ZIP and .RAR format
In case you download a map and it is in .ZIP or .RAR, you need to read this now. It will get a little bit more complicated but in the end, you will love the result! I will use Fantasy Kingdom Map in this article.
1. Download the Map and FX File Explorer.
2. Go to FX File Explorer -> Downloads -> You will see the map in here. Hold your finger on the file and select “Extract to” and hit OK.
3. Copy the folder.
4. Go to games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds.
5. Paste the file into the folder.
6. Open Minecraft PE -> Play and here you can see your new World!
